i want to make my own gauges panel, but i have some problems.
does anyone can help me, and draw outline of this panel??

There is a company called Audiosport in the UK that makes one especially for the Corrado. But i personally prefer the original facelift-model Corrado gauge panel
It's however not that difficult to make one like the one you show-just buy some plastic part, measure it and cut it to fit the hole, measure the gauges you want to insert and make some holes to the plastic. Glued it in and you're done

you Also can make it out of wood (MDF 9MM).,

you can screw the gauges on the wood.
and finish it with leather.
