68mm pulley is the most popular choice for upgrade for G60 owners, a comprimise between reliability and good power. Is the car driven daily or is it just a weekend "toy"?
G-Laders with 68mm pulley need rebuilt approx. each 20000km minimum Just make sure:
1) your g-lader is healthy (has been rebuilted) before going for any smaller pulley and
2) get a correct chip for the pulley you choose.
3) make sure everything else is ok (timing, boost leaks, sensors, etc.)

A healthy 68mm pulley g-lader should make at least 0,9 to 1 bar boost...the G60 map sensor will bleed off anything more than 1 bar boost anyway

Good luck

when u dont replace the chip with an adjusted chip the 68mm pouli wont help a bit everything above 0.7 will be blown off.

if u want ur g-lader to liv a bit longer put on a 72mm pouli and giv it an good porting by someone who knows what he is doing.(and chip offcours)
