Information / Adjustments : I bought this car whilst in London(UK). I exported her to South Africa in 2005, as Corrados were never available here. Specifications: Engine: Standard 1.8 16V Bottom End. 1.8 16V Head, exhaust ports has been polished, intake ports has been ported and polished. 3Angled valves Standard KR Cams (for now) Drilled Airbox with OEM Filter. 42mm Intake match ported to the head. Standard VW header and downpipe mating up with a 57MM Stainless Steel Exhaust, with Mid/Rear and Rear Silencers. Suspension/Chassis: 17" Mangels Driver's. 205/40/17 Pirelli P7000's. ATE Discs all round with uprated Ferodo pads. Unknown amount has been lowered :) Space-Saver sparewheel in well. Exterior: Fully Resprayed in VAG's RavennaBlau Metallic. FK Automotive Badgeless Grill. Kamei Grill Spoiler. FK Automotive Red/Clear Rear Lights. Chrome CORRADO Lettering (Thanks to www.badgeyourridecom(0).com) Clear/Smoked fender indicators.Removed lower door/parkinglot strips. Replaced Rear VW Emblem with a new OEM one. Interior/Ice: Standard Karmann Upholstry. Pioneer MP3 Head Unit. 5 1/4" Pioneer mids in standard door pods. Pioneer tweeters in place of the old dashboard 4" speakers. Pioneer 4"x6" in factory positions at the rear. Power 77KW At The Wheels at the Coast. 130nm Torque :) Best 1/4m time recorded so far was 16.095 secs ;) |
